Want YOUR Hot Water Tank To Last a Little Longer?
(or are wondering why you run out of hot water so quick?)

This is easy!  At least once a year take the time to drain it. 
 Stuff builds up at the bottom of the tank thus making it difficult to heat the water through all of that build up.
  Draining it at least once a year will help get hotter water faster and should keep your hot water tank working for a longer time.

Personal note

After a break-in just 2 doors north of my home, I purchased a 1080p and 2k 8 Camera System at a price of about $1,541.00 called "Arlo".  I purchased it at Bestbuy and Amazon Prime, to this date I am very happy with this system. 
With the 3 cameras over the garage, I had added an electrical out let for
each camera due to me having to go up a ladder about each 6 months to get
the batteries, charge them and then back up the ladder to insert them.
  I found this works much better. 
The 4th camera is pointed at my side entry garage door and is battery powered but very easy to replace the battery with a fully charged one.  Inside the garage is still another camera PLUS 2 more that cover the patio and the entire backyard.
These are 1080p full HD along with 3 2k cameras and the clarity is perfect!  I can go back to any day and review the tapes and/or be notified every time motion is detected and recorded. 
The Backyard coverage has revealed that my backyard is a zoo from about 10pm to day light with other, raccoons other critters that come looking for food.
I also know from reviewing the front cameras footage that thus far it has deterred 3 Porch Pirates and showed the police the SUV where the driver got out and went through my neighbor's garage.
